E.A.R.L.

I met Nat for lunch at E.A.R.L.yesterday.

I've always wanted to try the drool-worthy sandwiches, so I was excited when they opened up a Kaka`ako location.

The place was crowded, and I knew we would be in for a long wait just based on how long the people who were already there before me had to wait for their food.
Fried Chicken Po` Boy
I had the Fried Chicken Po' Boy.  Buttermilk Fried Chicken was tossed in hot sauce and served with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and remoulade sauce.  It was not as spicy as it looked, although it was very messy to eat (I ended up using a fork!).  It sure was tasty, and I'd definitely order it again.
Beer Braised Brisket
Nat liked the Beer Braised Brisket, even though it was served with an au jus that she said was a bit spicy.

I was disappointed that they were out of fries, and although the wait was long, I think it was worth it.
