Visit Kauai: Lappert's Hawaii

During one of our visits to Kauai, we went to Lappert's Hawaii right after breakfast, at 8:30am (they open early since they also offer coffee and pastries).

On our most recent visit, we indulged in ice cream after lunch.

Kauai Pie
The seasonal Winter Cookieland, which two of my kids ordered, looked very appealing, but I stuck with the Signature Kauai Pie.

This flavor consists of Kona coffee ice cream, chocolate fudge, coconut flakes, macadamia nuts and vanilla cake crunch.  Delicious!

Ice cream is perfect no matter what time of day, and thankfully Lappert's has extended hours so you can get your fill morning, noon, or night.
