Good Clean Food Hawaii

Meal prep - if done right, is a great way to control your food intake in order to achieve your goal of eating well throughout the week.  But let's face it .. if you're like me, you may not have the time, energy, organizational skills, or discipline to plan out your family's meals for the week, shop for ingredients, prep, cook, and pack meals.

If you want to reap the benefits of meal prep but don't want to do all work, go to Good Clean Food Hawaii's website and try out their meals for a week. Trust me, you'll get hooked!

Their meals are gluten, dairy, and sugar free, and they utilize only grass-fed beef and anti-biotic free poultry.  They also have vegan and vegetarian options.

There are four different categories of meals, each with breakfast, lunch, and dinner options within each of the four categories: Paleo/Whole 30, Keto, Clean + Lean, and Plant-Based.

Each meal comes in a re-sable container, marked with the protein/carb/fat information.

Meals can be delivered to one of their convenient delivery locations across Oahu (most are Cross-fit locations). Home delivery may be available in your area for $5 if you live in Kailua, on MCBH, or Bishop Street in downtown Honolulu.

I tried two entrees, both with anti-biotic free chicken, and I was amazed at how delicious these meals were, and very filling! The best part is that I knew exactly how many calories I was consuming per meal, and I did not have to do any prep or clean up, other than to wash the food container for re-use.

Good Clean Food Hawaii also caters!
