Visit Guam: Crust

Carne Pizza

If you ever find yourself in Guam craving some authentic Neapolitan pizza, go check out Crust!  Trust me, this summer I went on a trip to Spain and Italy where I had some legit pizza and the pizza at Crust is just as amazing!

Once I saw their authentic brick oven I knew it was going to be a great experience! The oven is handcrafted from Naples, Italy.

You know Crust takes their quality seriously by the ingredients they use.  They import from Italy Double Zero, an Italian flour specifically used to make Neapolitan or Naples style pizza.

They also import the San Marzano tomatoes (sweet plum tomatoes from the region of San Marzano, near Naples grown in rich volcanic soil at the base of Mount Vesuvius) used in their pizzas and sauces. On top of that, they make their own hand-pulled mozzarella and pasta.

The restaurant is large and perfect for after work happy hours. My coworker and I both ordered a pizza but we could have easily shared one.  Both pizzas were delicious and I really enjoyed the saltiness and texture of the crust.

Authentic oven built brick by brick from Italy!
