Double Chocolate Dream Cookies

These Double Chocolate Dream Cookies are appropriately named, because after one bite, you'll be dreaming for more.


They are chocolaty, chewy, and so delish!  And the best part - they are a cinch to make!

Double Chocolate Dream Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 2 1/4 c flour
  • 1/2 c baking cocoa
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 c butter, softened
  • 1 c packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 375° F.
  • Mix together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  • Mix in eggs.
  • Gradually stir in flour mixture.
  • Mix in morsels.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes; cool on baking sheets for approximately 2 to 5 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
