Kids Eat Free on Thursdays at Big City Diner

I think Big City Diner is one of the kid-friendliest eateries on the island.  They have a kids menu, and even offer balloons and toys for the kids.

We recently went to Big City Diner in Waipio Shopping Center because my son chose it for his birthday dinner, and he wanted a balloon!

Coincidentally, it was on a Thursday, and the server told us about the Kids Eat Free promo - 1 free kids meal with every purchase of 1 adult entree $12 and over + a beverage; dine-in only.

Big Brownie Pie
I ordered one of the specials of the week - the Chicken and Fresh Mushroom Pesto pasta, which comes with soup or salad.  I thought the pasta was a bit underseasoned.

Everyone else devoured their dishes.

The Big Brownie Pie is one of our faves.  I love the brownie by itself too - it's so thick and fudgy!

Servings are very generous and service was very friendly.  If you have kids and want a break from the kitchen, take advantage of the Kids Eat Free offer on Thursdays at Big City Diner!
