Sugar Cookie Pizza

I had some leftover ready-made sugar cookie dough, so I decided to clean out the pantry and make a Sugar Cookie Pizza!

I used the Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough, which includes 24 pieces of dough.  I simply squished all the dough together and pressed the dough into a circle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

I baked the dough for approximately 23 minutes in a 350-degree Fahrenheit oven.

I let the cookie pizza "crust" cool for about 15 minutes.

I then combined 2 cups of chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heated on high for 1 minute.

I stirred the mixture until smooth, and spread it over the cookie pizza.

I then sprinkled chocolate chips, M&M's, and shredded coconut all over the pizza.  You can use whatever you have on hand - chopped nuts, candies, and even drizzle on peanut butter, or use hazelnut spread as the base.

Super quick and super yummy!
