Chi Chop

The hubby LOVES fried chicken, and when I saw Chi Chop featured on the local news station KHON, I just knew we had to try it.

There are a lot of different items on their menu (shrimp, squid, beef), but the hubby went for the crispy chicken, since that's what they're known for. He ordered the Ninja Crispy Chicken (XL), which is the smaller of the two sizes of super-sized crispy fried chicken.

It's unbelievably big - look at the size - it's about as big as my hand.

The chicken is pressed, making it nice and thin...

The chicken was juicy, and the batter was crispy and had a nice seasoning to it. The chicken came with a small container of dipping sauce (sorry, I did not take a picture of it), but I enjoyed the chicken just by itself.

Everything is made to order, so you'll have to wait a short while for your food. But that just means your chicken will be nice and hot when it's finally ready.
