Dinner at Merriman's Honolulu

I recently attended dinner at Merriman's Honolulu for our annual girls (late) holiday dinner.

An evening at Merriman's starts off with complinetary Prosecco!

I wasn't very hungry, so I decided to order Maui Onion Soup and a side of Fried Yukon Gold Potatoes, which I shared with a friend.

The soup was good, and the potatoes were quite yummy (although they kept falling apart).

I was pretty bummed that my favorite truffle fries and chow fun are both no longer served (the potatoes replaced the fries, and the chow fun now only has veggies).

The Keahole Lobster Pot Pie was enormous - it could feed at least two people!

Everyone seemed to love their meals, although several did comment how the prices were on the higher side.

There was live entertainment, and the ambience was perfect for a fun, loud group like ours.

Service was excellent (the server even offered to give our party of 9 separate checks), and we had a really nice dinner at Merriman's.
