It's that time of year, which means seasonal peppermint shortbread cookies in the Honolulu Cookie Company's 2018 Holiday Collection!

I'm not usually a fan of peppermint, but I absolutely love the dark and white chocolate hand-dipped peppermint shortbreads - they are my favorite!
