Aloha Plate

Aloha Plate, winner of the Food Network's "The Great Food Truck Race", season four, is popping up at Pearlridge parking lot (outside of TJ Maxx) every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The Aloha Plate truck, along with a few other food trucks, are parked in an area with a lot of trees so there's a lot of shade and picnic style benches for you to eat on.

 Today's menu:

We decided on the 2 choice combo so that we could try two different entrees: teri shortrib pipikaula and teri garlic chicken.

The teri garlic chicken was nothing special, but the teri shortrib pipikaula was ONO! I would definitely order the pipkaula again as a full order, not a combo .. it's that good!  I hear their poke is good too ...
