Hawaii Mom Blog: Two Tides Bar

Two Tides Bar

I recently met up with some girlfriends at Two Tides Bar at Whole Foods Market Queen, and was pleasantly surprised with the food!

Two Tides Bar consists of two levels.  The first floor offers a menu you can order from.  The second floor allows you to bring in food you purchased elsewhere in the market.

We decided to order from the menu and dine on the first floor.

Kalua Pork Nachos

Mushroom Harvest Bowl
Cauliflower Nachos
Crunchy Sriracha Salmon Roll

I ordered the Vegan Cauliflower Nachos, and they were so incredibly good!  Tempura cauliflower was topped with chiles, pico de gallo, cilantro, lime, and avocado crema.  I want to try and make this at home!

The Kalua Pork Nachos were good, as was the Vegan Mushroom Harvest Bowl, which consisted of a field roast Porcini cutlet, sauteed veggie noodles, roasted mushrooms, baby kale, and a chimichurri sauce.

My friends who ordered the Crunchy Sriracha Salmon Roll said they were impressed!

Who new vegan could taste so good? And that you could have such a great dinner at Whole Foods Market?
