Fruity Pebbles Cookies

For some reason, one of my kids decided he wanted Fruity Pebbles, so on a recent trip to a local warehouse club store, we bought a box.

And then I decided to make cookies!

It's hard to resist these colorful treats!

Fruity Pebbles Cookies

  • 2 1/4 c flour
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 3/4 c butter, softened
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in vanilla and eggs.
  • Mix in flour mixture.
  • Mix in Fruity Pebbles.
  • Roll 2 T of dough into balls and place on parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10-13.
