Visit Chicago: Airport Eats - Stanley's Blackhawks Kitchen & Tap

While on a morning layover in Chicago at the O'Hare International Airport, we had breakfast at Stanley's Blackhawks Kitchen & Tap.

Stancakes

Pimento Cheese Omelet

Canadian Bacon & Cheese Omelet
The Pimento Cheese Omelet was also stuffed with bacon and tomato, and I liked the spiciness.

Omelets are served with breakfast potatoes and toast.

The Stancakes consisted of 3 pancakes with bacon (or sausage).

It was a busy spot for breakfast, and service was just okay.

There weren't too many options for breakfast in the terminal we were in, but if I find myself in that terminal again on a future layover, I'd probably choose elsewhere to eat.
