New in Wahiawa - Koko Chicken +

A few days ago Nat had messaged me about a new place that opened up in Wahiawa - Koko Chicken + (they specialize in chicken and Korean food), so we picked up dinner from there the other night!

Garlic Shoyu Fried Wings

Koko Special (Boneless) Honey

Spicy Pork Bowl

Meat Jun Plate
Even though I thought the Spicy Pork Bowl was not very spicy, it was very flavorful.

The Meat Jun plate was piled high with meat jun.  It was served with kim chee, and you get a choice of tossed or mac salad.

The Garlic Shoyu Fried Wings is the most popular of the fried wing varieties, and I thought the flavor was good.

The Koko Special comes in either Honey or Spicy flavors, and we opted for Honey (for the kids).  I thought the boneless wings were really tasty and cooked perfectly.  The kids enjoyed them too, but they all really enjoyed the Meat Jun the most. They kept asking for seconds!

I look forward to trying out more things from the new restaurant!
