Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu Now Serves Breakfast

It's no secret that breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, so I was very excited to have been invited to Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu's tasting of its new breakfast menu, which launched earlier this month.

We tasted four of the restaurant's popular breakfast dishes:

Chicken Waffle

Kalua Pork Benedict

Loco Moco

Onolicious Baked French Toast

My fave was the Chicken & Waffle for two reasons - boneless chicken, and bacon.  That's right, the dish is served with boneless chicken, which was perfectly cooked, and we all know that bacon just makes everything better!

The Kalua Pork Benedict - toasted taro muffins topped with arugula, kalua pork, poached eggs, and Hollandaise sauce, was another fave.

And who can resist a Loco Moco, especially when it's topped with crispy fried onions!

The Onolicious Baked French Toast was a surprising delight.  Savory bread pudding was filled with sausage, eggs, peppers, and onions, and served with a chili maple reduction.  I loved the kick of the chili maple reduction.

If you're in Waikiki and looking for a great breakfast spot, be sure to visit Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu!
