Airport Eats - New Belgium Hub at DEN

While on our layover at Denver International Airport, we ate breakfast at New Belgium Hub.

Mexican-Style Skillet

Denver Mile High Breakfast Burrito
Pancakes Hub Style

The Mile High Breakfast Burrito was huge!  It was stuffed with chorizo, peppers, onions, eggs, and cheese.  So delish!

The Pancakes were whole-wheat, with juice mixed in to give it a softer texture than typical pancakes.

The Mexican-Style Skillet consisted of eggs, chorizo, peppers, potatoes, and onions.

Service was really good, and I'd definitely eat at New Belgium Hub again if I find myself hungry at Denver International Airport.
