Visit Louisville: Wild Eggs

While in Louisville, we dined at wildly popular Wild Eggs for breakfast.

Wild Mushroom and Roasted Garlic Scramble

Mr. Potato Head Casserole

Pumpkin Pancake

I opted for the Mr. Potato Head Casserole, which consisted of hash brown potatoes baked with sour cream, onions, cheddar-jack cheese, sausage, tomatoes, poblano peppers, mushrooms, queso fundido, and an egg.  So much yumminess on that plate!  All of the elements combined to make for a very satisfying meal.

The Wild Mushroom and Roasted Garlic Scramble also included goat cheese and white truffle oil.

Two of my kids split the Pumpkin Pancake (our server was nice enough to ensure the pancakes were already divided when brought to the table!).

A kids' Wild Child Menu is offered for the little ones, and the prices are a steal!  Nothing is over $3.49!
Iddy-Biddy-Eggy-Omelet
The Iddy-Biddy-Eggy-Omelet is just $3.29, and includes a two egg omelet with cheese, along with fruit and toast! So much food for such a low price!

We had a great breakfast at Wild Eggs.  I'd definitely return!
