Visit Indianapolis: Scotty's Brewhouse

Scotty's Brewhouse is a very family-friendly chain of restaurants throughout Indiana, offering great food and craft drinks.

During our time in Indianapolis, we visited one of the many locations throughout Indiana, where we saw several other families having a great meal.

I ordered the Piggy Mac Grilled Cheese.

Cheddar and American cheese, BBQ pulled pork, and mac n'cheese were stuffed between two slices of toasted sourdough bread.  It was such a gigantic sandwich.  I could only finish 1/4 of it.  The pork was very flavorful, and I think the sandwich would've been great with the just the pork and cheeses.  The addition of the mac n'cheese made it even more of an indulgence.

My husband ordered the Indiana Hand-Breaded Tenderloin Sandwich.

It was such an enormous sandwich!

Each burger or sandwich comes with one of several sides, or you can upgrade/substitute for one of many other options (I opted for the Loaded Waffle Fries for an extra $2.59; my husband went with the Cajun Black Beans & Dirty Rice for no extra charge).

Kids meals are just $5.99, and include a side and a drink!

For dessert, we shared the Half-Baked Brownie Batter Skillet.

Presentation-wise, it did not look that great, but it sure was delicious!  The brownie was rich and fudgy.

There are several large screen TVs throughout the restaurant, and even a small screen at some tables, so you can keep up with your favorite sports team.

We had great service throughout the evening, and we all left happily full!
