Stuffed Fishcake

My former co-worker once brought Stuffed Fishcake to work, and I couldn't believe how yummy it was, as well as how easy it was to make!

All you need is 2 packages of Chikuwa fish cake, 1 8oz package of cream cheese, and 3-4 green onion stalks, chopped.  The original recipe also calls for 1 can of water chestnuts, drained and chopped, but I'm not a fan of water chestnuts, so I leave them out.

After mixing the cream cheese and onions, cut a slit lengthwise on the fishcake, and stuff the cream cheese mixture into the fishcake.

Cut into slices, and enjoy!
