Easy Recipe: Pan Fried Halibut

My friend's husband recently returned from a fishing trip in Alaska, and gave us a filet of halibut that he caught.

There are many ways to season and cook halibut.  Here's one of the quickest, easiest, and tastiest ways:

1) coast the halibut filet in a mixture of flour, salt, pepper, and garlic salt
2) heat a medium sized pan with oil
3) add the coated halibut into the oil, turn over when the bottom side is beginning to brown
4) keep turning until sides are golden brown

Eat them as pictured above or use them for fish tacos - yum!!
