Art Bridge Events Extends Hawaiian Humane Society Partnership

Art Bridge Events and the Hawaiian Humane Society are pleased to announce their community partnership has been extended (one more month) to include July 2017. “It has been such a pleasure working with the Hawaiian Humane Society and supporting the animals that we want to do more to benefit them,” Art Bridge Events founder Chanel Tanaka said. “Additionally, our first Paws & Plants benefit event, held at the Hawaiian Humane Society, raised over $1,000 for the non-profit. Now we are doing another one!”

ART BRIDGE EVENTS - July:

Paws & Plants: A benefit for the Hawaiian Humane Society II July 14, 7-8:30pm
  • Pet-themed DIY terrarium-making, includes wine and bites. Additional succulents, air plants and HHS logo wear available for purchase. 
  • Location: Hawaiian Humane Society, 2700 Waialae Ave. 7pm-8:30pm (this event is not pet friendly as there will be free roaming adoptable animals on-site/in the classroom). 
  • Limited seating available, maximum capacity for this class is 20 people.

Thursday Terrarium Tea Party (each and every Thursday- new location).
  • Every Thursday 4-6pm at Tea Boss Kissa - formerly Kissaten (88 Piikoi Street, Honolulu, Oahu), includes large glass terrarium, all ingredients, 3 locally grown succulents, instruction, care guide (full menu and tea available for purchase)— $40.

All group classes include: expert instruction, plant care, basic knowledge, 3 locally-grown succulent plants, 1 large glass bubble bowl terrarium, ingredients, greenery, added toppings, helpful tips, assembly and care instructions.
