Pesto Crusted Salmon

I love pesto.  Having recently made two batches of this tasty and easy Spinach Pesto, I decided to use it on salmon.

You can use store-bought pesto as well for this recipe.

Simply take 1/4 cup pesto and mix with 1/4 c panko.  If you love pesto as much as I do, go ahead and add a few more tablespoons of pesto to the mix (I did)!

The mix should be a little crumbly.

Spread the mixture on 1 lb of salmon.  Bake in a preheated 400-degree Fahrenheit oven for approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your salmon.

That's it!  Quick and delicious!
