Chicken Pesto Crescent Pockets

Having crescent rolls on hand makes dinner time easy. You can use the dough as a base for a meal, or fill the dough with all sorts of ingredients, like I did with these Chicken Pesto Crescent Pockets.

These Chicken Pesto Crescent Pockets were a hit with the family. I used store-bought pesto and leftover chicken for a quick and easy meal.

Simply take 1 cup of shredded chicken, 1/2 c pesto, and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and mix together.

Divide the mixture evenly amongst 2 cans of crescent roll rectangles (2 triangles).

Pull up the ends toward the center to make a "pocket."

Bake in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes.

Enjoy!
