Roy’s Waikiki Debuts a Brilliant Sunset Menu



In May, Roy’s Waikiki introduced its new sunset menu, which highlights customer favorites.  Diners will savor a three-course meal that captures the essence of Chef Roy Yamaguchi’s culinary style and his Hawaii Inspired Cuisine.  The lineup features a trio of poke, a petite steak, garlic shrimp, and chocolate soufflé for just $46 per person, tax and gratuity not included.  The sunset menu is offered from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. daily.  Reservations are recommended by calling (808) 923-7697 or visiting www.RoysHawaii.com.  Validated valet parking is available at Embassy Suites Waikiki.

Waikiki Poke Trio: 
*Traditional Poke
big-eye ahi, green onions, ogo, shaved onions, chili sesame soy

*Salmon Poke
organic king salmon, “fuki-bubu,” truffle ponzu, Kahuku sea asparagus
