Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies

For some reason I've been craving cranberry and white chocolate chip cookies, so I bought the ingredients to make some!

I used the recipe on the back of the Ocean Spray Craisins package for Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies (I used white chocolate chips vs chunks).
It was a quick and easy recipe, and the family loved the cookies!

Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 2/3 c butter, softened
  • 2/3 c brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c old-fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 c Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries
  • 2/3 c white chocolate chips
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • Beat butter and sugar together in a medium mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in eggs.
  • In a separate medium bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt.
  • Add flour mixture to butter mixture and stir to combine.
  • Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheets and bake for approximately 10 minutes.

You can view the original recipe here on the Ocean Spray website.
