Mr. Holmes Bakehouse is home to the famous cruffin: an amazing pastry that is a cross between a croissant and muffin. Ry Stephen, co-owner and pastry chef came up with the idea of the cruffin with another member of his team and spent months perfecting the recipe.
The bakery changes the flavor of the cruffin daily and sells a limited number each day. But if you can't get your hands on a cruffin, fear not; they serve coffee and other delicious looking pastries as well.
A small shop, but a definite must try!
