Kickin' Kajun

After watching a movie at Ka Makana Ali`i, we went to Kickin' Kajun for lunch.

Although Kickin' Kajun specializes in Cajun-style seafood boils, we simply went with a few other shareables.
Catfish + Garlic Fries

Chicken Tenders + Sweet Potato Fries

Kalua Pork Sliders

Tater Tots
The Tater Tots were perfectly crisp on the outside.  I think I could've eaten just the entire bowl of tater tots as my meal - that's how much I love tater tots!

My middle son loved the Kalua Pork Sliders, which consisted of kalua pork drizzled with Kilauea BBQ sauce and mayo.

Everything was cooked well - the catfish, the chicken, and the fries.  There was nothing overly greasy, or dried out - everything was fresh out of the fryer and delicious!

Service was great, and maybe next time we'll try the seafood boil...along with a side of Tater Tots!
