Ranch Roasted Potatoes

Sometimes when I go to our local warehouse club store, I end up buying things I normally wouldn't buy at a regular grocery store.

For instance, on a recent shopping trip, I bought a huge bag of red and yellow creamer potatoes.

I figured I'd roast them with some olive oil and seasonings, but then I remembered I had some Hidden Valley dry ranch dressing packets in the pantry, so I made Ranch Roasted Potatoes.

They are so easy to make!

I simply halved two pounds of the potatoes, then placed them into a gallon zip-top bag with 1 packet of Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix and a quarter cup vegetable oil, and tossed until the potatoes were coated nicely.

I then placed on a baking sheet and roasted in a 450-degree Fahrenheit pre-heated oven for 30-35 minutes.

The potatoes smelled amazing!

And they tasted amazing as well!

For a little more indulgence, I mixed some of the potatoes with cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream, and green onions.

It's a super simple and delicious side dish that's great for breakfast or dinner!

You can find the original recipe here.
