Cookie Butter Graham Cracker Bark

Over the holidays I made some Cookie Butter Graham Cracker Bark for friends and neighbors.  They are very similar to the Marbled Chocolate Treats I often make.

I simply placed graham crackers on a baking sheet, spread them with chocolate (for this recipe, I used 1/2 a package of chocolate almond bark, melted in the microwave on high for 60 seconds), and added dollops of cookie butter.

I then took a knife to swirl the cookie butter throughout the chocolate, cooled for 15 minutes on the counter, then placed in the refrigerator for at least another 30 minutes before breaking apart into pieces.

Such an easy, no-bake treat!

They are great for the holidays - or any time of year!
