Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake Recipe

I recently bought a Bundt pan after seeing so many delectable images of Bundt cakes on Instagram.

For my first Bundt cake, I decided to try a Chocolate Chip Pound Cake recipe I found on Taste of Home.

The glaze hardened and cracked after a few minutes, but the end result was super yummy.

I can't wait to try out new recipes!

  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 4 c all-purpose flour
  • 4 t baking powder
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 2 c sour cream
  • 2 c semisweet chocolate chips

  • In a separate medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda together.
  • Add flour mixture and sour cream alternately to sugar mixture; be sure to mix well after each addition.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-in. Bundt pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • Cool for at least 10 minutes before removing cake from pan to a wire rack.
  • Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter.
  • Add confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla, and whisk until smooth.
