  • Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf – With locations throughout the Hawaiian Islands, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf will be bringing its gourmet brews and products to Ka Makana Ali`i.
“This latest round of exciting shops and restaurants shows that Ka Makana Ali`i has it all,” said Edward Kobel, President and Chief Operating Officer of DeBartolo Development. “We are bringing brand new restaurant concepts, popular fashion brands, and much-needed home goods stores to the growing West Oahu community. We hope our residents and visitors are just as thrilled as we are, and we look forward to celebrating Ka Makana Ali`i’s grand debut with everyone this Friday.”

Phase One of the new regional shopping center will be making its debut to the public on Friday, October 21.

Anchored by the first Macy’s in West Oahu, phase one of Ka Makana Ali`i features more than 100 shops and restaurants, Olino by Consolidated Theatres, and the state’s first Hampton Inn & Suites. DeBartolo Development broke ground on the project on March 5, 2015.

Ka Makana Ali`i will be the first shopping center built on Oahu in more than three decades and the only regional mall being developed in West Oahu with department and specialty stores.
