Brunch at Hula Grill Waikiki

Three years ago I went to Hula Grill Waikiki for the first time for brunch.  Since then I've returned several times, and my most recent visit was a couple of weeks ago for brunch once again, to celebrate my boss's birthday (again!).

I was very tempted to order the Portuguese Sausage Bao Bun Benedict since I really enjoyed it the last time I was at Hula Grill, but I opted for the Kama`aina Waffle, the special of the day. It's basically all the ingredients found in the Kama`aina Omelet - ham, bacon, onion, Portuguese sausage, and cheese - mixed into the waffle. I really enjoyed the combination of the savory fillings and the sweet waffle.

I thought the service was friendly and efficient, and the views were just absolutely gorgeous!
