#OwnYourSummer with Red Lion Hotels and the Hello Rewards App

It's no secret that I'm a fan of Red Lion Hotel Corporation (RLHC). The numerous locations I've been to offer great services and amenities, and their Hello Rewards program can now be easily accessed via the recent launch of the Hello Rewards App!

About the Hello Rewards App:
The app allows travelers to book hotel stays, access local destination recommendations and check the weather all on one platform. Guests enrolled in the Hello Rewards program will have an elevated experience with access to their stay credits in real time. For the first time, hotel reward program members will be able to redeem free hotel nights, complimentary food and beverage and other complimentary offerings found in the Hello Rewards collection, simply by using the Hello Rewards App.
The Hello Rewards loyalty program was founded on recognition rather than points. Using smart design, the app's functionalities allow RLHC to connect with their guests in real time, reducing employee response time to guests' requests or complaints by up to 50%. Hotel RL properties will offer enhanced app capabilities, including:
  • Digital door keys
  • Hotel staff-to-guest messaging
  • Digital check-in and checkout
  • Room service
  • Updated flight information
  • Valet car returns
The enhanced Hello Rewards App can be downloaded from the AppStore and Google Play and will be available at Hotel RL Baltimore and Hotel RL Washington, D.C., with additional properties set to open in Spokane, Olympia, St. Louis, Salt Lake City and Brooklyn later this summer.
RLHC already offers a number of comforts and conveniences, and the Hello Rewards App makes a stay at a Red Lion Hotels property even more convenient!

Right now you can #OwnYourSummer and take advantage of great summer savings and also get great perks such as early check-in, kids allowance, and food and beverage credit!

Visit the RLHC website for more information.
