Great Lunch Deals at Papa's Tea House

After Nadia posted about Papa's Tea House, which is currently located in a space that has been home to many other restaurants in the past, I was eager to give this place a try.

Chicken Fried Rice
Edamame
Ginger Pork Chops + Garlic Chicken

Shrimp Wonton and Mandarin Chicken

Miso Soup

I ordered a Lunch Special (available 10:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday). For just $8.99, the meal comes with Shrimp Wonton, Edamame, Rice, and Miso Soup, along with a choice of entree. I opted for the Mandarin Chicken. Crispy pieces of chicken were tossed in a sweet and sour sauce, that was very flavorful.  It sure was a lot of food!

My husband ordered the Papa's 2-Choice Bento for $12.99, which included Rice, Edamame, and Miso Soup. For his entrees he chose the Ginger Pork Chop + Garlic Chicken.  The pork chops were very tasty, and my husband thought the garlic chicken was some of the best he ever had.

We also ordered the Chicken Fried Rice since my son loves fried rice. Other customers were impressed with how much fried rice was on the plate.  It sure was tasty!

Service was friendly, but the little restaurant was very busy with walk-ins and take-out orders, so service was slow at times.

If you're looking for great food at a great price, check out the lunch deals at Papa's Tea House!
