Garlic Shrimp-Stuffed Avocados

I recently made these super simple Garlic Shrimp-Stuffed Avocados.

I adapted this recipe from Allrecipes.com for the Garlic Shrimp, stuffed the shrimp into an avocado, and drizzled on some Sriracha chili mayo.

My kids ate the shrimp as is - not in the avocado and without the chili mayo sauce.

Either way, it's a quick, easy, and delicious meal!
