Toko Express at UH Manoa

If you're on the University of Hawaii at Manoa campus and you've got a craving for Japanese food, head on over to Toko Express's Food Truck.  They have a handful of sushi and bento options that are very reasonably priced.  They even offer a tonkotsu ramen bowl that they advertise as the "best ramen ever".  I can't yet vouch for their ramen, but their furikake chicken is pretty darn good.  

They alternate between two locations on campus, depending on the day of the week. 

Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
10:00am - 2:00pm
(Holmes Hall)

Tuesday, Thursday
10:00am - 2:00pm
(Krauss Hall)

There is no seating at the food truck, but the Campus Center food court (which has a lot of seating) is a hop and a skip away.
