Lemon Dill Salmon

Because my middle son loves salmon, I've been trying to cook more salmon dishes.  One of my recent attempts was this Lemon Dill Salmon (recipe from Allrecipes.com).

It's a super easy recipe, and I served it with a lemon dill sauce which made it even tastier! And thankfully everyone in my family ate it up!

Lemon Dill Salmon (recipe credit Allrecipes.com)

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 1/4 c butter, melted
  • 5 T lemon juice
  • 1 T dried dill weed
  • 1/4 t garlic powder
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix butter and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  • Place salmon in a prepared baking dish and drizzle butter and lemon mixture over salmon.
  • Sprinkle dill and garlic powder.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
