Parmesan Herb-Crusted Salmon Recipe

In my quest to find new salmon recipes, I came across this Parmesan Herb-Crusted Salmon recipe from Add a Pinch.

It was quite easy to make, and the crust was super yummy!

It's definitely a great last-minute meal.  You probably already have the crust ingredients on hand - you just need to get some salmon, and you'll have an easy, delicious meal ready in no time!

Parmesan Herb-Crusted Salmon Recipe (recipe credit Add a Pinch)

Ingredients:
  • 2 lb salmon filet, left whole
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ c chopped parsley
  • ½ c shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425º F. 
  • Place salmon, skin side down, onto parchment-lined baking sheet. 
  • Cover salmon with another piece of parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes. 
  • While the salmon is baking, combine the remaining ingredients.
  • Remove from oven and remove top piece of parchment paper. 
  • Top the salmon with the Parmesan herb mixture.
  • Bake uncovered for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until a meat thermometer registers 135º F and crust is golden brown.
