Fruity Pebbles Cookies

Ever since I bought my youngest son a Fruity Pebbles cookie a long time ago, I've been wanting to try and make my own.

I ended up using this recipe from We Are Not Martha on Parade's Community Table.

They turned out yummy, and I will definitely be making them again soon!

Fruity Pebbles Cookies (Recipe credit We Are Not Martha)

  • 1 c butter, softened
  • ¾ c sugar
  • ¾ c packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ t vanilla extract
  • 3 c flour
  • 2½ t baking powder
  • ¼ t salt
  • 1 c Fruity Pebbles Cereal
Directions:
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in eggs and vanilla.
  • In a separate medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Slowly mix the flour mixture into the sugar mixture.
