Fruit Ice Cubes

Being a mom to three kids gives me very little time for many things.  I'm all about simple, easy recipes and kid friendly.  I decided to make fruit ice cubes to add to a drink.  My kids mostly drink water, so I thought I'd add some fruits in their drink and make it fun.  I used a Mickey Mouse ice mold, added blueberries and raspberries and filled it with water.  I put it in the freezer for a couple hours.  Once ready, just add the fruit ice cubes to your water (sparkling water works well too) or any type of drink you prefer and you're done.  My kids loved the added touch of fruit ice cubes in their water.  It's simple and fun!
