Visit Las Vegas: Pizza Rock

While in Downtown Las Vegas, we had dinner at Pizza Rock.

Kids Miniature Cheese Pizza

Kids Mac and Cheese
The Beer Battered Fried Artichokes, which looked a lot different from what I expected (it looked like chicken drumsticks) were very good.  The accompanying aioli added a nice spicy kick.

I thought the crust on the Downtown pizza was some of the best I've ever tasted - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.

The toppings were generous.  Mozzarella, pepperoni, salami, bacon, green onions, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and more on a perfectly cooked crust resutled in my husband's favorite meal during our Vegas trip.

My kids loved their pizzas too.  My oldest son had the Mac and Cheese, but it was way too cheesy and thick, and he hardly ate any of it.  Fortunately the kids pizzas were nicely-sized, and he was able to enjoy some of the pizzas as well.

Service was excellent, and Pizza Rock was a great dining spot in Downtown Las Vegas!
