Banana Muffins Adapted from Foodland's Weekly Recipe

Every week, Foodland publishes a "Recipe of the Week" on its website. This week's recipe was Banana Bread, and coincidentally I had a bunch of overripe bananas on my kitchen counter, so I decided to try their recipe.

The recipe that I followed is for a banana bread loaf, but I wanted to make muffins, so I used a muffin pan instead of a loaf pan, and decreased the bake time to 30 minutes.  I also added chocolate chips, which were not called for in the original recipe.  I also did not add Gran Marnier or triple sec (which is optional).

After 15 minutes of prep, and 30 minutes of baking, I had 12 delicious and moist chocolate chip banana bread muffins!
