Breakfast at Big City Diner

Although our family has gone to Big City Diner for lunch and dinner often over the past few years, it's been a very long time since we've been there for breakfast.  We recently went to the Pearlridge Center location where we actually had breakfast for lunch.

I had the Ultimate Three Egg Omelet, which comes with a choice of 2 fillings.  I requested bacon, mushrooms, and cheese ($.99 extra for each additional filling), and hash browns on the side (they were out of Paniolo Potatoes).  The omelet was perfectly cooked and all of the fillings made for a very tasty dish!

Kids meals are a deal at just $3.99, and a drink is included!  All of my kids had the Mr. Chipper Pancake - such a cute pancake with a face made out of whipped cream, chocolate chips, and pineapple.  The pancake itself is stuffed with chocolate chips.

After filling ourselves with hearty breakfast fare, our server came by to give the kids balloons and toy airplanes.

Service overall was a bit on the slow side, but the food was great, and I love how kid-friendly Big City Diner is.
