A Birthday Party at Tiki Island

Two years ago we held my youngest's birthday party at Tiki Island on Marine Corps Base Hawaii.

Everyone had so much fun, so when we decided to have a combined party for my oldest two boys, Tiki Island was the obvious choice.

They offer two party package options in 3 hour blocks which include unlimited bumper boat rides and miniature golf during the 3 hours.  The difference between the two packages is that one includes lunch (Diamond Head Keiki Party Package - $20) and the other does not (Recreation Party Package - $16).

Just as the last party, we opted for the Recreation Party Package and catered the food from the nearby Samuel Adam's Sports Grill.

Pork Gyoza

Teriyaki Beef
Chips
Salsa
Beer Battered Fish

French Fries

Garlic Chicken
The Gyoza, Garlic Chicken, and Beer Battered Fish were the favorite dishes based on the comments of the guests - and I have to agree!  Those were all of my favorites too!

We once again ordered cupcakes from The Patisserie through the catering department (outside food is not allowed, with the exception of ceremonial cake).  They were HUGE and so delicious (well, I only tried the Chantilly because I LOVE Chantilly and it was amazing, but those who tried the Red Velvet thought it was amazing too)!  Lot of people were asking me where the cupcakes were from.

Everyone raved about the food, and they also raved about how much fun their kids were having on the bumper boats and miniature golf courses.

In addition to the miniature golf and bumper boats, there is also a batting cage that is free to use.

Service was excellent.  The staff at Tiki Island and Samuel Adam's Sports Grill made it so easy to plan a party.

I heard so many positive comments about the food and the venue, and that was all made possible thanks to the staff.

It was another fantastic birthday party!
