My family was pleasantly greeted upon arrival, but unfortunately the overall service the remainder of the night left much to be desired*.

Despite having 5 people in our party, the server only gave us 4 settings. She passed our table to give another family their settings, and when I asked for another, she literally tossed it on the table as she walked by.
We were later given some rolls, and eventually the food arrived.
I thought the panini was really tasty, and my husband liked the Memphis Burger, which was topped with Pulled Pork and a Memphis BBQ Sauce.
My kids enjoyed their meals, but unfortunately, after looking back at the kids menu after we had already left the restaurant, we realized there were items missing.
According to the menu, all kids entrees are supposed to be served with an appetizer of celery and carrot sticks and ranch dressing, and the Mac & Cheese was supposed to have been served with a citrus apple salad - all of these items were missing. If we had realized while we were eating that the items were missing, we definitely would've asked for them.
However, I do think it's great that the kids meals are served with broccoli and Go-Gurt Strawberry Yogurt.
Although our server was friendly, we still had lengthy waits for waters to be refilled and the check to be picked up (we ended up going to the front to pay so we didn't have to wait any longer).
Our hunger was satisfied, and the location was convenient, but it's too bad the overall service was not satisfactory, as I normally enjoy eating at Tony Roma's.
*Update on 10/17 - After notifying Tony Roma's about the missing items and service issues, they offered to refund the amount of the kids meals, which I accepted. Mahalo Tony Roma's!
