Love Songs For My Baby - a new album by Alex Mitnick

Award winning kids' musician Alex Mitnick, best known for his work with Alex & The Kaleidoscope Band, recently released his 5th album entitled "Love Songs for My Baby" on Father's Day 2014.

After receiving a complimentary copy of the CD in the mail, I popped it into the CD player in my car and listened to it on the way to dropping off my son Baby B at his baby sitter's place the next morning.  As the first song "Oh My My" started to play, the first thing that came to my mind was "wow, this is not your ordinary kid's music album!"  The tune was upbeat and joyful, but in a relaxing way.  As the music played on during our morning commute, Baby B sat in his rear facing car seat and looked very content.  It looked as though he was enjoying the tunes and would probably start clapping to the beat if he knew how to clap.

The nice thing about Alex's music is that it's music that can be enjoyed by both baby and adults.  It's not a sing-a-long album that young children will be able to sing to, but they will enjoy listening to the music and will enjoy listening to their parents and grandparents singing the lyrics to them.

From a parent's perspective, it's music that you will enjoy listening to over and over with your child, creating special moments with your child that you will forever cherish.

Listen to and download the entire album at lovesongsformybaby.com.  The physical CD album is also available for purchase.
