Ramen Noodle Burger Matsufujiya

Most people have heard of the ramen burger by now.  There was a lot of talk about it when Keizo Shimamoto, the inventor of the ramen burger, came to Hawaii to sell his ramen burgers in Kakaako for two days.  People waited in line for hours just for a chance to try his famous creation.  Soon after his visit, L&L Drive Inn debut their version of the ramen burger and almost got sued for it.

Not much has been said about the ramen burger since then, until now.  Through June 22, you can get your hands on a ramen noodle burger at Yataimura Food Court at Shirokiya in Ala Moana Center.  They are $8.50 each.

Since I never got the chance to try Shimamoto's ramen burger, I can't tell you how this one compares to his.  But I can tell you that it's pretty darn good.
