Ailana Shave Ice

I always love taking my kids to try different shave ice places around the island, and one recent weekend we found ourselves at Ailana Shave Ice.
Top left: Rainbow Shave Ice (Strawberry, Banana, Vanilla); bottom left: Choco Lover (Choco Fudge, Homemade Caramel, Dave's Ice Cream, Condensed Milk, Oreo Cookies); right: Peanut Butter Caramel (Homemade Peanut Butter, Choco Fudge, Homemade Caramel, Dave's Ice Cream, Condensed Milk).

The shave ice was sweet and delicious!

The Choco Lover and Peanut Butter Caramel shave ice desserts were really good, but of the two I preferred the Choco Lover because of the Oreo cookie crumbs!

Although it took a very long time for us to get our shave ice once we put in our order, I could tell how much care and effort the staff puts into each dessert, whether it was shave ice, acai bowls, or any of their lunch items.

They do serve keiki sizes, but they state on their menu "up to 5 years old," which is something I've never seen at shave ice shops.

Fortunately my older kids preferred to share desserts with my husband and I, and we all enjoyed our shave ice!
