Pies by Sweet Revenge

A lot of people dream of quitting their stable 9-5 job to open their own business doing something that they love, like baking.  Well, that's exactly what Kathy Masunaga did, and it's worked for her.  She started a company called Sweet Revenge, and sells her homemade pies out of her pink food truck.  

A couple of friends and I purposely scheduled a lunch date on a Monday since the Sweet Revenge food truck parks at UH Manoa on Mondays.
